You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been dispatched. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.

We offer refunds for defective, damaged, or incorrect products. Refund requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
Once a refund request is approved, we will process the refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged, or defective product).
